Quality

Performance Built on Clear Standards.

Sustainable home-services performance depends on accurate advertising, legitimate consumer intent, transparent attribution, responsible affiliate management, and campaign-specific quality controls.
01

Traffic source transparency

All traffic sources must be disclosed. Undisclosed sources or sub-affiliates may lead to campaign review, pause, or removal.

02

Consumer intent

Calls must reflect genuine consumer intent for the service category and geography advertised. Coached, artificial, or misrepresented calls may be rejected.

03

Accurate advertising representations

Ads must clearly represent the service being offered. No misleading claims about pricing, guarantees, timing, or affiliation.

04

Campaign qualification

Each campaign has category, ZIP, hours, buyer, and qualification rules. Meeting a rule for one campaign does not imply acceptance in another.

05

Geographic accuracy

Caller geography must match campaign coverage. Routing across markets outside coverage may not be payable.

06

Source and sub-source attribution

Source and sub-source parameters must be passed accurately and consistently for every call.

07

Consent capture where required

Where consent is required, capture it in a documented and revocable manner.

08

Duplicate handling

Duplicate call handling follows campaign-specific rules; repeated duplicates may be rejected.

09

Invalid or fraudulent traffic

Invalid, fraudulent, or artificial traffic is subject to investigation and rejection. Persistent invalid activity may end the partnership.

10

Artificial or prerecorded caller activity

Prerecorded, synthesized, or robotic caller activity is not acceptable.

11

Coached callers

Callers coached to answer buyer qualification questions do not meet quality standards.

12

Wrong-number calls

Wrong-number and misrouted calls are not payable under most campaigns.

13

Equipment-only inquiries where installation is required

Equipment-only inquiries may be out of scope when the buyer requires installation intent.

14

Call recording where legally permitted

Calls may be recorded and reviewed for quality where legally permitted.

15

Sub-affiliate oversight

Partners are responsible for their sub-affiliates' compliance with campaign requirements and applicable law.

16

Dispute documentation

Disputes are reviewed with reference to campaign terms, buyer feedback, and available call data.

17

Ongoing campaign review

Campaigns, coverage, and requirements are reviewed continuously.

18

Platform and legal requirements

Follow applicable advertising, platform, privacy, and communications rules — including TCPA, state-level analogues, and platform policies.

Call Zeo uses cautious language throughout: quality controls, review, monitoring, investigation, and partner feedback. We do not claim to be fraud-free, 100% verified, or guaranteed compliant.
