What traffic sources are considered?+
Call Zeo may consider Marketplace, SEO, Google Display, owned-and-operated properties, Google Business Profile traffic, and other disclosed sources. Approval depends on the source, advertising approach, and available campaigns.
What is a Top Bid?+
Top Bid is the highest potential buyer bid listed for a category and ZIP code. It is not a guaranteed payout. The actual result depends on buyer availability, campaign rules, call qualification, schedule, and routing.
How are calls routed?+
Routing may consider the requested service, caller ZIP code, operating hours, buyer availability, remaining buyer budget, call qualifications, and campaign-specific rules.
Is every call paid?+
No. Payment and call qualification are governed by the applicable campaign terms and partner agreement. Calls that do not meet requirements may not be payable.
Does Call Zeo perform home services?+
No. Call Zeo is a performance marketing and call distribution network. It is not a contractor and does not perform repair, installation, restoration, remodeling, or maintenance services.
